Collins are currently on site at 123 Victoria Street fitting out 43,000sqft of flexible office space for Landsec as they launch their new brand; Myo. Aimed at providing customised office space for businesses looking for flexibility to enable future growth, the project has involved the stripping out of the existing office before a Cat B fit out across two floors. Structural alterations have also been carried out and a slab cut out to install an interlinking staircase between the floors.

The finished space will benefit from feature joinery and lighting, mechanical modifications as well as folding walls to offer up an event space. The space will also hold offices of varying sizes, accommodating between 15 and 80 people, along with tea points, kitchenettes, meeting rooms and breakout areas.

Working alongside Belshaw, Exigere, SODA and Hive the project is due to be handed over April 2019.
