Centrepoint charity helps support more than 9,200 homeless young people each year in London and across the UK. Those needing help, aged 16-25, stay with Centrepoint for up to two years before they are offered another 6 months of support to ensure they can live their lives independently. The charity provides accommodation, health support and life skills to get them back into education, training and employment.
Collins are encouraging all sites to sponsor a room at Centrepoint for the duration of their projects. With an average of 25 live sites at one time we are hoping this support will make a real difference for those in need. The project teams are also encouraged to bring in any old coats and clothing they no longer require to donate to similar charities supporting the homeless, as well as offer any leftover paint and useful materials.
