Collins Construction has handed over their first of a series of projects at 80-100 Victoria Street. The project consisted of a CAT A through to CAT B it out of 11,000sqft of high spec office space for Ebury UK. The works included the installation of new reception, offices and meeting spaces, both indoor and outdoor breakout areas and MER room. These areas were enhanced by a dedicated M&E system throughout to suit the client’s requirements.
The open plan office area benefited from a new SAS system 130 ceiling along with a secure MER room. The new reception area was enhanced with concrete and stressed metal wall panels to compliment the corian desk. The floor was carpeted throughout with the use of porcelain tiles in feature areas.
