We have been appointed by Royal London Asset Management to deliver two boutique fit outs to Victorian warehouse buildings in Covent Garden: 50 Floral Street and 9-12 Bow Street.
The buildings, sitting adjacent to each other, will undergo a Cat A Plus fit out to transform them into high-quality office spaces with open-plan layouts, communal areas and end-of-trip facilities in the basements.
The team will refresh and repair the exposed brickwork within both buildings and retain the exposed roof trusses, and heritage details will be celebrated.
Floral Street will receive extensive façade works and new windows on the upper levels. Many existing windows will be repurposed as mirrored features in the walled archways of the reception area, with a few incorporating LED lighting to create a striking design element. The team will also transform the fourth-floor outdoor space into a stylish roof terrace.
Bow Street will retain its exposed columns, feature a unique vaulted ceiling on the top floor, and receive refreshed windows throughout.
