This further phase of work was carried out on behalf of Land Securities at 80-100 Victoria Street. The project involved the complete refurbishment of two receptions at the Property Development Company’s UK headquarters. Works took place over 30 weeks in both fully occupied buildings.
The reception works are amongst a series of projects for Land Securities within 80-100 Victoria Street including a number of CAT A fit outs, the phased refurbishment of all toilet cores and a CAT B fit out.
