Collins were tasked with the complete refurbishment of 10 Stratton Street for New Estate International, transforming the outdated building into over 40,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. The works included the installation of a new lift shaft, the formation of 41 new dormer windows and the conversion of the existing roof into lettable area at level 7. The new office space also now includes four terraces throughout and, after extensive refurbishment works, the remodelled reception area provides a striking new entrance with a bespoke desk with alabaster panels.
The entire building has also benefited from new glazing throughout, as well as curtain walling and a full Cat A fit out. All floors were fitted with suspended ceilings, raised access flooring and specialist finishes.
