After 17 weeks on site, Collins are delighted to have handed over this £1.5 million CAT A refurbishment in central London. Procured on a design and build basis, works involved a full strip out of the existing offices including the removal of a large plant from the roof via the tenants demise. New M&E services were then installed along with a new fire alarm system, raised access flooring, doors and ceilings throughout.
