Collins Construction have impressed by delivering on time and on budget as 24-25 Grosvenor Street marks the first project to complete on Grosvenor Estate’s new contractor framework. The project is a comprehensive back to frame refurbishment of a 1980's office building that sits within the heart of Mayfair. This is an example of the continued modernisation of the Mayfair commercial estate in line with the Grosvenor Twenty Year Vision.
The building comprises 14,000sq ft of Cat A office space and a new 1,200sq ft A1 retail unit to the rear mews. Not only will the refurbishment significantly enhance the energy performance of the building, but it has also renewed the life of the building securing sustainable income for the coming years.
