When moving their London offices from International House to Aldgate Tower, international law firm Ince & Co required a fast track fit out to meet their tight deadline. Collins was able to deliver their high quality, 35,000sq ft office in just 16 weeks. The project involved a soft strip out of the existing space followed by the installation of a new catering kitchen, café, business lounge and bar, staircase, bespoke joinery & booths, movable walls, exposed ceilings, double glazed partitions with new stone, vinyl and carpet flooring. There were also extensive services modifications, 2 comms rooms and a complex AV installation.
