We are happy to announce that Collins has been re-certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management standards for a further three years, as well as successfully completing the ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management surveillance audit. These accreditations provide our clients with confidence that we deliver projects that meet expectations, statutory requirements and maximise opportunities to improve how we work.

The independent assessment was conducted by the British Assessment Bureau, a leading Certification Body, and demonstrates our commitment to customer service and quality in delivery, our environmental impact and operating in a safe environment.

The business has continued to consistently improve in these areas and during this year's four day audit, no non-conformities or opportunities for improvement were identified by the external assessor, something she noted is extremely rare to achieve. This demonstrates the team’s hard work and commitment in transforming spaces safely, sustainably and to the highest quality, through challenging times.

Our dedicated Director of SHEQ, Tony Turner, Head of QA and Systems, Neil Courtman and Head of Sustainability, Anisha Sehgal work together with the wider business to embed a positive SHEQ culture throughout the organisation. This is achieved through a balanced approach of project support and inspections, as well as providing innovative specialist advice and guidance. This re-accreditation shows that this approach works and by utilising the right process controls and risk mitigation, aligned to the ISO internationally recognised best practice, Collins is being recognised as a best-in-sector contractor.

We would like to thank everyone at Collins that has supported this year’s audit, especially Darren Lee and the team at our Sherborne House project.
