Collins have recently been appointed by WestminsterCE to carry out their CAT A fit out to Lyon House. The £1.7 million negotiated project will take place over the course of 27 weeks with works commencing January 2016.
Working alongside Blackburn, Cowie Montgomery Architects, Exigere and Flatt Consulting, the works will also involve some light structural alterations including extending the lift shafts and reconfiguring the stair cores.
