We are pleased to announce our appointment to deliver the £5m structural refurbishment, extension and fit out of a 24,000 sq. ft workspace at London Wall in the City of London.
Over the course of the programme, our team will undertake a comprehensive transformation of the asset, enhancing both the building itself and the surrounding public realm. The works will include extending the internal floor area, refining and upgrading the external fabric, and delivering a striking new reception space defined by a full-height radius glass façade.
The project will also incorporate significant improvements to the adjacent public realm, helping to create a more welcoming and visually engaging arrival experience within this busy City location. Upgrades to the surrounding pedestrian environment and nearby escalator connections will further enhance accessibility and connectivity for those moving through the area.
Delivered within a high-footfall urban setting, the scheme will require careful coordination to manage public access, logistics and material deliveries throughout construction. Our team will implement detailed phasing and just-in-time delivery strategies to maintain safe pedestrian movement while ensuring the efficient progress of works.
Once complete, the redevelopment will provide a modernised and elevated workspace environment alongside a significantly enhanced public interface, strengthening the building’s presence within the London Wall streetscape.
