After 10 weeks on site we are delighted to have handed over this £1 million project in Mayfair, on behalf of A&M Capital.

Collins carried out the complete Cat B fit out in order to provide them with a larger refurbished office space. Works included new ceilings and floor finishes, both carpet and stone, a remodelled reception desk with wall panelling plus new optima glazed offices and tea points.
The final refurbishment resulted in six private offices, four meeting rooms, print rooms, an open plan space, reception, two kitchens and an MER comms room. The extensive AV system benefited the whole office alongside bespoke acoustic panelling.
