We are pleased to announce the successful completion of works at One New Change, delivered on behalf of our repeat client Landsec.
The project involved enclosing the building’s iconic roof terrace with a bespoke structural glazed screen, significantly enhancing both the safety and functionality of the space for public use. Supporting works included the careful removal and reinstatement of paving, waterproofing and thermal insulation layers to ensure the new installation was seamlessly integrated into the existing terrace environment.
Additional improvements were delivered to the Madison’s rooftop bar area, where the parapet was extended, while works on the fifth floor included roof strengthening and the temporary diversion of key services, including mechanical, electrical, data and fire systems - to enable the installation.
The completed rooftop space now provides a safer and more refined environment for visitors, offering panoramic views across London’s skyline, including St Paul’s Cathedral, The Shard and London Eye.
