We are pleased to announce our appointment for our £2.7m City project; a refurbishment scheme that will enhance a prominent roof terrace within a landmark City of London destination.
The project will see our team transform an existing terrace area through the installation of a new structural glazed edge protection system, enabling the space to be safely and fully utilised by the public. The works will also include associated upgrades to the surrounding public realm, incorporating new paving and lighting designed to elevate the visitor experience.
To facilitate the installation of the glazed balustrade system, the team will undertake a series of enabling works including the careful removal and reinstatement of paving, waterproofing and thermal insulation layers, alongside structural strengthening works and modifications to existing services within the building.
Once complete, the project will revitalise the terrace environment, creating a safer and more visually refined outdoor space within one of the City’s most vibrant retail and leisure destinations.
