We are pleased to announce our appointment by Prenuvo to deliver a £3.5m healthcare fit out that will transform the ground and basement levels of a Central London building into a new private imaging clinic.
The project will involve the comprehensive refurbishment of the space to accommodate advanced MRI facilities, alongside the installation of a new roof-level plant deck and acoustic enclosure to support the specialist equipment. Once complete, the facility will provide a high-quality clinical environment designed to support Prenuvo’s preventative health screening services.
Delivering a healthcare facility of this nature will require meticulous planning and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Working within a constrained city centre site will demand careful sequencing of works to safely manage the delivery and installation of MRI equipment, while minimising disruption to neighbouring occupiers and maintaining safe access around the building.
The scheme will also involve detailed logistical planning to accommodate the installation of large, specialist medical equipment within the building’s basement levels, requiring precision coordination between the project team, suppliers and specialist contractors.
