We are pleased to announce our appointment by M&G Real Estate to deliver the £8m refurbishment and fit out of a five-storey, 75,000 sq. ft office building at Ryder Court.
The project will see our team undertake a comprehensive upgrade of the asset, enhancing both the workplace environment and building amenities. Key elements of the scheme will include the creation of an extensive landscaped roof terrace, a full plant replacement programme, and the refurbishment and Cat B fit out of the building’s reception area to create a modern and welcoming arrival experience.
In addition, the development will introduce new end-of-trip facilities designed to support active travel and provide high-quality amenities for occupiers. Once complete, the refurbishment will significantly enhance the building’s offer, delivering improved workspace, upgraded infrastructure and premium outdoor space in a prime West End location.
