Ryder Court is complete! A distinguished heritage asset nestled in the heart of St. James’s, has undergone a remarkable transformation.

Adding a significant layer of complexity to the project, all works were carried out while Ryder Court remained fully occupied. This required careful phasing, close coordination with tenants.

Enhancements to the building’s elegant façade, include the installation of an external lift, ensuring level access for all. To preserve the visual rhythm of the façade, window sill heights were carefully lowered to introduce a series of French doors, harmonizing new functionality with timeless design.

These changes, made possible through meticulous planning and expert heritage consultation, upholding the building's character while embracing inclusivity.

The ground floor has been reconfigured and extended to house a new upscale business lounge named the Marlborough Lounge, an inviting, contemporary reception space designed to elevate the arrival experience.

This marks the first time the building offers accessible entry, opening its doors wider to all who visit.

Crowning the building’s repositioning is a spectacular new roof and the creation of one of the largest rooftop terraces in St. James’s. Spanning 4,000 sq. ft, this expansive terrace features curated landscaping, timber seating structures, and panoramic views of the London skyline. The extension of one of the lifts provides seamless level access.

This landmark transformation has been led by Oxygen Asset Management, who successfully secured planning consent for the building’s enhancements; the terrace and façade adaptations.

Our team has delivered on that vision, collaborating closely with Oxygen and the professional team to reimagine Ryder Court from top to bottom.
