Our London Bridge Fit Out is complete and handed over.
Over a duration of 10 months our team has transformed a tired office building into a modern, high-quality workspace with views of Tower Bridge.
We delivered a Cat A Fit Out across three floors within the partly occupied building, along with a sleek and vibrant Cat B Fit Out to the ground floor reception, including the refurbishment of the building’s lifts.
Original brickwork has been sandblasted and left exposed, all windows have been carefully restored with new plaster reveals, and a new glazed façade to an extended ground floor has created a standout reception.
The team has installed nine, four metre glass panes to flood the area in natural light and create a striking new entrance.
Part of the works also included new plant installation, soffit repairs and core wall replacements and this was all delivered within a live building, working around existing tenants and neighbouring businesses in a busy, logistically constrained location.
From managing technical ceiling finishes to working overnight in the building’s ground floor pub, the team has tackled each challenge to create a premium workspace with one of the best views in London.
