Whereas we have seen an increase in the contract value of some of the large, complex refurbishment schemes we undertake, smaller sized projects still remain a very important part of the Collins offering.

In fact during the previous 12 months nearly 80% of our schemes were under £5m in value, and of these over 50% were actually under £500,000.  

Regardless of whether the project is £200,000 or £20m, we will always recognise that our flexible, proactive approach to customer service is the key element that will ensure our clients continue to work with us on future projects irrespective of their value.
