We are pleased to announce our appointment by New York University to deliver the refurbishment and fit out of a 74,000 sq ft, seven-storey building at 265 Strand, transforming the asset into a new educational campus facility in the heart of Central London.
Our team will undertake a comprehensive programme of structural modifications and high-quality fit out works to reconfigure the building and create a modern, flexible learning environment. The scheme will include upgrades across multiple floors to support teaching, collaboration and student facilities, alongside enhancements to the building’s core infrastructure and operational efficiency.
Through a coordinated approach that integrates structural refurbishment with innovative fit out delivery, the project will revitalise the existing building while preparing it for long-term academic use. The redevelopment will significantly enhance the functionality of the space, creating an inspiring environment designed to support future generations of students.
