This 32 week project took place on behalf of a global investment firm, working alongside Gardiner & Theobald, Core Five, John Robertson Architects, MTT Limited, and Waterman Group. Collins were tasked with the renovation of three courtyard areas in three separate phases. This involved the installation of external lighting, new cycle parking and the formation of an additional commuter block.
