We are proud to announce our appointment on a £7m project to refurbish and enhance the reception and entrance areas of Tower 42, London’s first skyscraper.
Our team will deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of the building’s arrival experience, including upgrades to the reception, mezzanine and podium levels.
The scheme will introduce a series of structural and architectural enhancements designed to create a more open, contemporary and visually striking entrance. Key elements of the works will include the removal of existing slabs to open up views towards the tower, refreshed structural steelwork to lighten the space, and a reconfigured reception environment that will provide a dramatic welcome for occupiers and visitors alike.
The project will also involve the integration of bespoke architectural features, precision detailing and carefully coordinated structural and fit out works to ensure a seamless finish across all elements of the space.
Works will be delivered while maintaining building operations for approximately 2,000 occupants, requiring careful planning and sequencing to ensure minimal disruption within this busy City location.
