Dunhill’s new global headquarters, in the heart of Mayfair, has been designed as a collaborative workspace for the iconic British brand. Bringing all areas of the business together over 2,000 m2, this immersive space was conceived to foster creativity, with an integrated dual-floor showroom and design studio.
Collins were tasked with completing the Cat B fit out to levels three and four. This included the creation of executive meeting rooms, phone booths, quiet rooms, a comms room, kitchen and breakout space and a brand new reception.
A contemporary interconnecting staircase was also installed between the floors.
In order to maximise floor space for Dunhill, Collins simultaneously carried out a structural extension for the landlord, on behalf of Dunhill. This included breaking out the existing roof slabs and constructing a new extension to include a roof light, green roof and terrace, providing a tranquil space for creativity.
