The complete refurbishment of the old FA building in a prime central London location. Works included the reconfiguration of the ground floor to form a double height reception area and extensions to the rear elevations of floors 6, 7 and 8 to increase the floorplate.
The scope of works included new windows, ceilings, raised flooring and new M & E systems and plant throughout all 10 floors. New lifts, WC facilities, bike store, showers and high specification concrete wall panelling and joinery finishes were also included in the scope. This project achieved an Excellent Breeam rating.
