The fast track Cat A refurbishment of 55,000 sq ft over 4 floors in this historic Grade I listed building in the heart of the City.
The scope of work included new floors, ceilings, raised access floor and a new services installation.
The toilets, lifts and reception underwent a refurbishment and upgrade and the entire area was sympathetically decorated and polished in line with its listed status.
