This £4 million project was completed over the course of 27 weeks and works included a full Cat A refurbishment to levels 2 – 6 including WC’s and common parts. A phased refurbishment of the live reception took place including the formation of new stairs to take the installation of a Sesame lift. The renewal of curtain walling, feature metal mesh walls and reception desk completed the refurbishment.
A complex structural riser was formed, running from basement to level 7 plant room for future use by basement tenants.
