Collins has completed the fit out of Level 4 at 72 Welbeck Street.
Our team has transformed 8,000 sq ft of traditional cellular office into a flexible, hospitality style, open plan workspace on behalf of Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo). The Level 4 tenant appointed Collins after witnessing the refurbishment and fit out of 72 Welbeck on behalf of Berkeley Estate Asset Management (BEAM).
The team worked alongside able partners to deliver this inclusive and flexible workspace, designed to prioritise the employee experience.
This bold and playful use of space is a departure from the elegant townhouse transformations of Mayfair delivered by Ryan Cleanthi and his team and demonstrates the diverse and inspiring workspaces that can be found across London.
