A high quality fast track restack of Level 6 (approximately 14,000 ft²) of this iconic building for Swiss Re. This will be our 8th project in this building.
Working alongside JLL, our brief was to create a showcase floor to provide a re-vitalised working environment.
Working around the Swiss Re staff, we were required to keep the café open throughout the duration of the project. Services were modified to suit the new office layout, which included open plan office areas, meeting suites and collaboration hub with beverage island.
