Collins have successfully handed over this full Cat A refurbishment to a Grade II listed property located in the heart of the West End. Working alongside Norman Rourke Pryme, Buckley Grey Yeoman and Taylor Project Services, 21 Soho Square was completed after 58 weeks on site. A testament to its unique design and bespoke finishes the building has now been let within 3 months of completion.
