Dating back to the 1700's, this Grade II listed property is located in the heart of the West End. Collins were brought in to transform the outdated building and sympathetically bring it into the 21st Century. The layout of both buildings were rationalised and the new layout now benefits from Cat A office space, new restaurant premises and shopfronts to the basement and ground floor of Sutton Row.

Two new storeys were added at roof level to maximise the net lettable area and a Cat A fit out was carried out, where practical, given the constraints of the existing historic fabric. A conversion and fit out of the basement space was also completed to provide toilets, shower/ changing facilities and cycle racks for tenants.
