CLS Holdings appointed Collins to carry out this Cat A fit out of Gateway House. Taking place over the course of 19 weeks works included the refurbishment of the basement, separating the space into two workplace areas and installing three new WC’s and a shower unit.
The ground floor entrance, lobby and main staircase also benefited from a complete re-fit to. New glazing, flooring, doors and MEP services were installed throughout.
