Occupying a commanding position overlooking Trafalgar Square, this project involved the refurbishment of the atrium to increase the tenants floorplate and circulation spaces, the relocation of the main entrance to face Trafalgar Square and the transformation of the atrium base and reception facility.
Working around the existing tenants in this fully occupied building, this multi phased project also included the formation of a new retail unit, a “floating” reception desk, polished concrete flooring throughout and upgrade of lifts and services.
Works also included the Cat A refurbishment of Level 3 including the upgrade of the old conditioned aired system to a fully controlled 4 pipe fan coil system, which allowed the creation of 3 new toilet cores.
