Crackerbox Ltd was the client for this Cat A office refurbishment. A short walk from Oxford Circus, the 45 week project involved the complete refurbishment of this Grade II listed building. In order to increase the net lettable area a new storey was created to the existing space whilst a brand new three storey annex was built at the rear of the building.
The existing doors and timber panelling were also upgraded and repaired throughout. A number of feature fireplaces in the building underwent an extensive restoration process to repair their condition. The whole project has been finished to a Cat A standard with brand new finishes including WC’s, services and a new lantern in the rear annex.
