The rejuvenation of Lyon House comprised of a full strip out and partial demolition of the structure, followed by a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment behind a new facade, to provide a highly contemporary designed office space of 15,700 ft² arranged over lower ground, ground and four upper floors.
The refurbishment included an ME&PH installation with exposed services, alterations to the core and extension to the lift shaft to the 4th floor, new lift installation and an architectural staircase.
