Muhammed Ameen

Divisional Commercial Director

Muhammed graduated from the University of Westminster with a degree in Quantity Surveying and has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, where he has gained experience in public sector contracts and large framework agreements.

Muhammed joined Collins as a Project Surveyor in 2016 and has successfully progressed to Divisional Commercial Director. Muhammed now works across a wide range of projects; from high end fit outs to complex design and build. His role is to ensure the commercial team works collaboratively with the project team whilst maintaining high standards in both pre-construction and delivery phases.

Paul Chandler

Divisional Commercial Director

Paul has worked in the construction industry for 17 years and has a vast experience in the London and the South East markets, delivering a variety of new build, fit out and refurbishment schemes spanning across a wide range of project values. Paul has also worked across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare and leisure in both a design and build and traditional capacity.

Paul's role is to ensure that the commercial team are operating to the highest standards and will provide strong commercial support to the wider teams both in pre-construction and during the project delivery phases.

Josh Mason

Divisional Commercial Director

Josh has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in the delivery of residential and commercial projects across both single-stage and two-stage procurement routes. His experience spans a range of structural refurbishment and fit out schemes, providing him with a strong background in project delivery, commercial management and procurement.

Josh's role is to provide strong operational and commercial support to project teams throughout the pre-construction and delivery phases. He works closely with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Simon Campbell

Divisional Commercial Director

Simon joined Collins Construction five years ago as a Quantity Surveyor. He now works in Ryan Cleanthi's team as a Divisional Commercial Director, dealing with a wide variety of commercial fit-out projects ranging from £4 Million - £20 Million.

He has been working in construction for ten years, starting his career dealing with drylining and carpentry.

As a Commercial Manager, he manages client relationships throughout the tender process and delivery of a project. He enjoys developing his team to ensure they achieve the most out of their careers.

Chris Margiotta

Divisional Commercial Director

Chris joined Collins as a Commercial Director, working in Duncan Redman's division.

Chris has worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager for 21 years, leading commercial teams on projects up to £250m. His strong experience in the education and residential sectors will support our growing portfolio of student accommodation schemes.

Alex Weaver

Divisional Commercial Director

Alex joined Collins 5 years ago as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and is now a Divisional Commercial Director within Ryan Cleanthi's division.

With over 16 years of industry experience across fast-track, high-profile projects in various sectors, Alex is highly regarded for his commitment to success and proactive approach to delivering results that meet and exceed client expectations.

Alex has lead numerous successful single stage and two stage tender projects through to final account agreement. He will lead all of the financial aspects of projects and will ensure that the cost control process is managed closely between the Collins and client team.

Tony Brewester

Divisional Commercial Director

Tony has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry, having started his career with a Tier 1 contractor before gaining valuable international experience delivering major projects in the UAE.

Following his return to the UK, Tony progressed through the ranks of a growing contractor to become Surveying Director. He has extensive experience leading the commercial delivery of refurbishment and cut-and-carve projects across Central London and the West End, with values ranging from £5 million to £30 million.

Tony has built and led successful commercial teams throughout his career and has a proven track record of delivering complex two-stage negotiated projects. He takes a hands-on approach to project delivery, ensuring client objectives are achieved while fostering strong team collaboration and clear communication between all project stakeholders.
