Principal Design Manager
As Principal Design Manager, Karen will ensure the Design Management offer is consistent across the business whilst being flexible in its approach to support the client, project size and scope. With both architectural and engineering professionals making up the Design Management team, Karen's role is to co-ordinate the two disciplines and use her knowledge of the design process to ensure the team works as one to deliver a holistic structural and architectural programme from cradle to grave.
Principal Planner
Steve has been in the construction industry for 24 years, working in high end residential, hotels, leisure and commercial fit out sectors mainly within the Greater London area.
Much of that time has been spent planning and programming projects at site level and at the front-end tendering. He is very experienced in managing and reporting time related elements of the process, from tender to completion. He is responsible for providing support for all planning and time management aspects of our projects to help ensure we deliver in a timely and transparent manner.
