Jason Warren

Managing Director

Jason has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, covering projects from new build and heavy structural refurbishment through to complex Cat A and Cat B fit outs.

Jason joined Collins in 2013 and has been instrumental in developing and growing the reputation of the business. As managing director, Jason will continue to push forward the company's long term goals and ambitions, thereby paving the way for the next generation of leaders.

Jason is a firm believer in building strong, trusting relationships with clients and colleagues to help push the business forward, alongside a team of great people who are proud of the work they do.

Stuart Johnson

Director

Stuart has over 30 years’ experience in the fit out and refurbishment industry the last 20 of which have been at Director level. He joined Collins in early 2014 and was instrumental in growing the business and developing several of our key clients, including taking a leading role in a number of their projects. Since 2020 Stuart has been responsible for our efforts to develop our people to be the very best that they can and is the primary driver of our ‘4 Principals’ culture. Stuart still manages several of our strategic client relationships and works closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure they continue our ethos in this area.

Rob Carr

Director

Rob has been working within the construction industry for over 30 years, most recently focusing on Cat A & B office fit out.

Having started his career as a construction trainee, Rob has worked through all project management disciplines. This means he is able to understand and work alongside his team with experience and knowledge, to ensure they are supported to be the best they can be.

Rob believes that honest conversations as early as possible create trust and builds lasting relationships which ensures peace of mind for his clients and consultants.

Guy McCoig-Lees

Director

Guy joined Collins as Senior Commercial Manager in 2013, before being promoted to Commercial Director in 2017 and joining the Board in 2021.

He has 33 years of experience (13 of these with Collins) in delivering a wide range of projects, from Cat A and B fit outs in various market sectors such as finance, leisure and advertising, through to complex heavy structural cut and carve refurbishment schemes.

His understanding of the various market sectors and procurement pathways allows him to bring added value and support to both the professional team and clients in terms of cost planning, value engineering and buildability.

Guy has a very hands-on approach and loves to make a difference at project level. He sees this as a significant strength, providing a safe pair of hands for clients.

One of his biggest achievements since joining Collins has been his significant involvement in developing the business's apprenticeship training programme and mentoring junior commercial staff.

Outside of work, Guy loves to travel and support his (not so local) football team, Liverpool FC, having been a Kop season ticket holder for over 40 years.

Mary Brooks

Finance Director

Mary is a qualified chartered accountant who began her career as an auditor. She has held senior finance positions in the leisure and retail sectors before embarking on a career in the London refurbishment and fit out market in 2006, joining Collins in 2012.

Mary was appointed to the board as Finance Director in 2015. She is responsible primarily for the finances but also oversees HR policies and procedures.

Chris Bartram

Non-Executive Director

Chris has worked at Collins for over 35 years, where he has been intrinsic in the development of the business from a small, traditional builder with a handful of employees, to a successful and well known business of 160 employees.

He is a firm believer in collaborative working, trust and ‘doing the right thing’ to support the company’s long term ambitions.

This approach is reflected in Collins' reputation in the market, stability and regular ‘preferred contractor’ status with clients and design teams.

Mark Dockery

Director

Mark has now worked in the construction industry for 42 years, and for over half of that time, 22 years, he has been an integral part of the Collins board helping to shape our offering to the market.

Like all the senior leaders at Collins, Mark has a hands-on approach while leading the pre-con and estimating function, and working closely with a dedicated, proactive, and inspirational team. He has seen the industry shift from a very traditional based procurement process, through to the now ever challenging design & build offering, and Marks work winning team look to cover risk yet provide suitable commercial opportunities while ensuring that our quality will never be affected in the lead up to a contract award.
