Collins completes The Crown Estate’s Grade II listed office refurbishment at 11–12 Pall Mall.
Working in collaboration with The Crown Estate and Threefold Architects, Collins Construction has delivered the full refurbishment of 11–12 Pall Mall, providing 10,000 sq. ft of premium, sustainable office space in the St James’s Conservation Area.
The project included a complete replacement of building services, refurbishment of the original stair core and reception, and restoration of original coving to highlight the intricate detailing of the Edwardian architecture.
Enhancements to the ground floor and basement created a new entrance, contemporary end-of-trip facilities, and upgraded amenities, while repairs to the Portland stone façade preserved the building’s historic frontage. Improvements to the roof terrace also support surrounding urban biodiversity.
The result is a high-quality, managed office space that respects the heritage of the Grade II listed building while meeting modern sustainability and workplace standards.
