We have recently completed the refurbishment of 50-59 Pall Mall SW1 on behalf of the Gouvernement du Quebec, located in the conservation area opposite St James’ Palace.
This was a substantial refurbishment replacing 80% of all floors, including extensive asbestos removal. Local facade retention and a new internal structural frame, which required close co-ordination with all members of the professional team and specifically to navigate these works through the Olympic games period.
On completion of the structural alteration, the eight storey building was fitted out to a high specification to provide a “trade of industry” venue for the Quebec Government to showcase the UK investors.
