A £13 million refurbishment on behalf of Oxygen Asset Management, delivering an enhanced workplace in St James’s.
We have transformed Ryder Court into a contemporary workspace through a comprehensive refurbishment of the reception, fourth floor and rooftop levels. The scheme introduces an extensive landscaped roof terrace, one of the largest in St James’s, alongside a renewed plant installation and upgraded heating and cooling systems. At ground level, a reconfigured and extended reception now includes the Marlborough Lounge, a refined business lounge designed to elevate the experience for tenants.
The project includes a full Cat A refurbishment of the fourth floor, light-touch improvements to WCs and communal stair cores, and enhanced end-of-trip facilities. New timber flooring, bespoke joinery and an elegant palette of materials shape a premium reception experience, while the extension of the lift system provides level access for the first time in the building’s history.
Above, the new 4,000 sq. ft roof terrace features curated landscaping, timber seating structures and panoramic views across London. With upgraded building services and a commitment to ESG excellence, including a BREEAM Excellent rating, Ryder Court now offers a top workspace designed for modern occupiers.
