Devon House offers over 93,000 ft² of riverside warehouse office space in the heart of St. Katharine Docks, with unrivalled views of London.
The works comprised of the refurbishment of an existing six storey building into Cat A office accommodation, including an entrance reconfiguration with a brand new reception area, glazing replacement, new lifts, WC’s, showers and central building plant replacement. Efficient floor plates and carefully considered services create flexibility and the ability to tailor the fit-out to meet all future tenants' requirements.
External works included over 17,000 ft² of landscaped roof terraces and a courtyard. The ground floor also benefits from bike storage spaces for tenants.
Collins also oversaw the investigation, identification, and complete remediation of all existing water leaks in the building.
