A high quality Cat B fit out of American Law firm. This fast tracked project of 80,000 sq ft included individual semi-private booths, glazed meeting rooms, copy points and kitchens as well as bespoke joinery. The entertainment space on the 9th floor incorporated a bar and 150 person auditorium. Barrisol stretched fabrics were mounted to compliment the space.
The installation of some additional FCU’s to suit the new office layout and alteration to existing services was developed by adapting the design once the ceilings had been exposed.
To assist our client with the furniture installations, early handover to the 7th floor comms room was achieved with a phased handover to floors 7 and 8.
